We are...
Always House of Prayer (AHOP) was established in August 2005. The vision that GOD gave to then Pastor Womack was to make His (GOD) House a House of Prayer. This with understanding that the people need to be the church instead of just going to a church building.
Bishop Womack was ordained by God and released by the late Apostle/Bishop Nathaniel Holcomb of the Christian House of Prayer, “The Cathedral of Central Texas” in June 2004. After a period of separation and preparation, Always House of Prayer (AHOP) began a family-led ministry in May 2025 in Hagerstown, Maryland. Later relocating to Jackson NJ for several years before settling in Always House of Prayer’s assigned location, Aberdeen, MD. When in August 2010, through God’s grace and mercy AHOP, opened the doors at 129 S. Philadelphia Blvd, Aberdeen MD and now 13/14 Aberdeen Shopping Plaza, Aberdeen, MD; pending the construction of our permanent location which is 3461 Churchville Road, Aberdeen, MD.
As Isaiah prophesied in Isaiah 56:7, “Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.”

With a heart for God’s people, they teach the word of GOD with vision and purpose, using a simplistic approach, and believe in the importance of relationships rather than religion. They are transparent so that when people see them, they see the love of Christ. Their Vision is to reach all people regardless of who they are, what they do, or how they are or where they at with love, grace, mercy, and with the Word of God according to Matthews 28:18-20- so they can come out of their pits and have peace as stated in Romans 5:1.
